Highland Martin has recently announced a limited beta of the eCopy Connector for Microsoft CRM. This new connector will allow local and remote offices to scan documents into Microsoft Dynamics CRM, attaching those documents to CRM entities right at the MFP or ScanStation panel.

Supports:

* Locally installed instance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
* Partner-Hosted CRM
* Microsoft-Hosted CRM, CRM Online / CRM Live
* Single or multiple CRM organizations
* Dedicated eCopy ScanStation, or embedded solutions by Ricoh or Canon

Features:

* Scanning across the LAN, WAN or Public Internet (using SSL)
* Indexing documents directly at the MFP panel using live CRM data
* Ability to scan documents as open activities if additional work is needed
* Allow CRM workflow to take action on newly scanned documents
* Multi-Language (Currently English, French, Italian, German & Spanish) by MFP
